I have been working at Aetna full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enterprise's mission. CEO is a wonderful person. Pay and benefits.

    Cons

National Accounts leadership lacks sophistication. Training program is archaic. Sales management team in Chicago are dinosaurs. Resists innovation. Arrogance runs rampant. There is no "team" mentality.

    Advice to Management

Evolve. Innovate. Drop the "back-slapping, boozing, yuck-yuck" ideology of doing business.
