Excellent work at home RN clinical care manager/American Health Division

RN Clinical Care Manager (Current Employee) New Albany, OH

ProsFlexibility, great support staff, the best orientation ever! , generous raises and ongoing educational opportunities

ConsI have no negatives, You must be very independent and enjoy working alone at home on computer and phone.

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep doing what you are doing- it is obvious that you care about your employees and job retention. Your supervisors are very helpful. The AHH team is the best. New Albany Orient was high quality!

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Five years with this company, and felt pushed out.

Health Care Consultant (Former Employee) Sandy, UT

I worked at Aetna full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: A lot of great talent works here, the staff where I worked were kind and helpful… Cons: A lot of micromanagement, lots of metrics and little humanity. It really became just about the metrics and not about the members improvement… Advice to Senior Management: Upper management had no idea what they were asking us to do, operating in four different computer systems at the same time, and talking and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Contract employees, equal but not equal

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Aetna as a contractor

Pros: Flexible work from home opportunities Cons: Contract employees work side by side with full-time staff, doing same jobs, but paid less, without health insurance, 401k or paid time off. No opportunities… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
