    Pros

the salary isn't bad. The people are generally nice

    Cons

massive layoffs when the CEO gets a 132% raise in salary. That isn't right. expensive healthcare insurance with high deductibles. Poor benefits for a "healthcare" company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have been working at Aetna full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Strong financial performance; some innovation

    Cons

Most unethical company I have ever worked for; primarily in HR department. Company has no conscience anymore. Everyone is constantly acting from a place of fear vs. confidence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I give up -- all the honest, ethical, smart, loyal, decent people are gone.
