Aetna Employee Review

I have been working at Aetna

Pros – some of the employees, as with any call center you have the usual drama
they are very community oriented
they give back to all causes
they foster team work and a team environment

Cons – some of the management staff do not seem as though they truly care about their job or employees
some of the management and employees let their position go to their head and they forget that their number 1 concern is the provider/customer/client

Advice to Senior Management – get organized and stop playing favorites , its not Ron its the little people.
