Cons

Too many to list. Really. Start with the fact that they're always hiring. There's a reason for that. They have to continuously replace those that run screaming out the door. They offer benefits only after 90 days, and you're lucky to make it that long. Run away if you can. Stay if you must, but get out as fast as you can!

Advice to Senior Management

It wouldn't matter- they wouldn't listen anyway.
