“Positive growth opportunities if you are willing to put in the work”
I worked at Affiliated Computer Services full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Opportunity to move up within the organization if a person will put in the hours and work needed. This can lead to career growth and further development as long as your immediate supervisor is supportive.
Cons – Company tends to be very fast paced and, at times, this can throw off a work life balance. To support clients, employees must be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done regardless of time committments.
