In the areas where the company had a long track record they met client expectations very well. The corporate culture was a sink or swim mentality, with very little training or support.

Cons

There was very little support to get up to speed and then pressure to perform after only a few months on the job. You had to find your own resources for solution support and sales support. It was difficult to navigate within the company.

Advice to Senior Management

New sales people should be given support and encouragement to learn the company products and culture and not ignored by sales management and sales support management unless they have a hot deal that fits the company sweet spot.
