flexibility with a many options for working from home

Cons

how bout the 4% decrease in pay across the board instead of annual salary increases. this comes at a time when business prospects are at the highest in years. the company simply uses hard economic times to take money out of the pockets of employees, who are suppose to just be happy to have a job.

Advice to Senior Management

treat employees a whole lot better

4/5 yep. Raise Nope. What we got was "I know I'm happy that I still have a job" and you should also. We need to cut costs. So no Training, no Overtime. What training? What overtime? Working in ITO and don't provide training no wonder client is so far behind on technology. Here's a line from my manager during review "is there anything else you would like to take on" (responsibilities) Nope! I got enough going on already. Thanks
