a permanent job with benefits assisting customers with wireless issues

Cons

i wish the company was employee owned like winco's. i could work at winco's but i want to work for acs. employees i think i would stay longer if they knew or had the advantage of having profits to the company given back to the employees.

Advice to Senior Management

make the company employee owned so employees benefit as well as clients!!!
