Some of the best reasons to work at Affiliated Computer Services include the great benefit package, a great working environment, and managers who actually care about what goes in your life. It's nice to know that they care about you as an individual and not just what you can do for the company.

Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Affiliated Computer Services is the potential to become burned out very quickly. Some of the calls really take a toll on you, and unless you take the time to take care of yourself; you can find yourself quickly coming to hate your job. Another downside is the fact that your pay is essentially commission based. So when call volume is great you can potentially make a lot of money, but if call volume is down you find yourself not making quite as much as you would like.

Advice to Senior Management

I think it would be nice if they pay scale at Affiliated Computer Services offered a competitive base pay and allowed your commissions to be in addition to the base pay versus having base pay awarded if you do not make enough sales to equal the base pay.
