I got to a supervisor possition very quickly, but career ends here. Made very clear by upper management. A degree is needed for almost anything, but it does not matter what the degree is in. Per company policy, if you have gotten a degree, you will be paid for it, even if it does not pertain to the job and if there is non degree person in an equal job. borderline Illegal? you make the call

Advice to Senior Management

Give credit where due. Not always the best bet to go with a person with a degree over a person with years exerience!
