Take care of your staff. They are your "bread and butter".
The compensation that anyone below GM level receives is ludicrous.
Constant shift bids and reorganization is demoralizing and keeps employees from giving 100% when at work. Don't instate a salary freeze for the general population, then give hefty bonuses and leisure trips to upper management.
