Company made up of many different product offerings - some business lines interesting and potentially very rewarding. Line of business seems key to employee satisfaction and varies greatly throughout company.

Cons

Extreme focus at corporate level on reductions and savings. Employee satisfaction concerns often viewed as lip service - actions haven't matched words. Employee moral continues to suffer as a result.

Advice to Senior Management

Begin giving back to employees - 401K match, paycuts, no merit increases, bonuses - ACS (soon to be Xerox) should take action to show people that mgmt doesn't just take - that is the perception right now.
