Pros

There are negatives and positives of any job but this is one of the best places I have ever worked. Everybody is extremely friendly and happy at the office and there are always new challenges each month that we get to work on.

Cons

Solving problems can be a little complex and tough for some people but if you cant solve it there are always other colleagues that are there to help out.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The current corporate structure seems to work well.

    Pros

Difficult to come up with any compelling pros. Just one person's perspective, as others in different departments within the company seem to have more access to training, better salaries, bigger budget allotments, etc.

    Cons

Poor infastructure for critical company departments (IT, Accounting), lack of funding and alloting resources appropriately (software upgrades, developing sound best practices and business processes, under staffing). The health benefits are also dreadful, with high co-pays and deductibles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More transparency would be a good start. Seeing quarterly reports from the President about how many struggles financially we've encountered and the subsequent lack of internal spending does not line up with the financial statements available, as well as the imbalance of resources between departments. No cost of living increase is also a big negative. Health benefits need to be improved. Declaring the rewards program items for taxes also leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.

    No opinion of CEO
