“Too many vps, turn around too slow”
Former Employee – worked at Affymetrix
Pros – Technology and field are wonderful.
Old Gaurd at company are creative and a joy to work with.
Launching products is fun.
Cons – Company gets in the way of its own success.
Terrible growth opportunities.
Poor reputation in industry.
Advice to Senior Management – There is a fundamental lack of understanding on basic economic drivers at the company. If they understood the economics of their business, they would be able to lower cogs, allocate resources better and be more competitive.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
