    Pros

    Great people who work hard and treat each other with respect. Management cares about work/life balance. Hard work is recognized and appreciated. Great benefits.

    Cons

    There are some challenging personalities to navigate. Sometimes the workload can be extremely heavy. But overall a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

    Reward employees for high performance with corresponding above average salaries to avoid losing high performers to competitors in the industry.

    Pros

    Opportunities for personal development inside and outside the company. Good compensation packages. Very smart employees. Company slowly begining to adopt to better practices. Nice place to work,

    Cons

    In some departments, loyalty to the department overrides corporate vision. Loyalty to one department may cause difficulty in working with other departments. Lack of sharing of knowledge between departments. Not a cooperative team environment. Poor infrastruture with low priority given to rebuilding a better infrastruture. Little support or resources for non-product projects, such as rebuilding the infrastruture. Technical and business sides of the company do not align. Many middle and upper management people still using the same methodology as 10 years ago to run the company, which is not working to help the company now. Multiple rounds of downsizing beginning in 2007 with smart, hard-working, necessary people being let go while non-helpful, outdated methodolgy, difficult people remain. Company resist to change to better technologies. No upward flow of communication to middle and upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Keep good employees and let go of bad employees. Make sure the corperate vision is adhered to at all levels of the company. Encourage and listen to upward flow of communication.
