Aflac – “Giving Aflac all I can - no one to blame but myself”

Pros

I have a chance to learn something new, get out of my shell and improve as a person. I believe this can be done with any sales job but I have friends working with AFLAC and I joined them. Since I have never been a sales person I'm looking forward to the dimanics this may change in my life (hopefully all good). I do see that 90% leave before they really get started and I can already understand that. I have been trained like most to get a normal job, show up to work and get paid. Now I have to see what I'm really made of - can I make it happen....

Cons

Never having done sales and 100% commission

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure to throw some split commission work to those that are out cold calling everyday but things may just be slowing turning around.
