Former Employee – worked at Aflac full-time for more than a year
Pros – As with any place where you work as an Independent Agent you have freedom and endless income opportunity. This is a great product.
Cons – Recruiters(Regional Sales Managers & District Sales Managers) make big promises to get you in. All they really want is to meet their recruiting goals, and use you to get to all the people you know. This floods the market with agents meaning you are competing with way too many people. Almost every cold call attempt requires getting someone to forget the last Aflac agent they talked to, and give you a chance.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
