Great product
Great promotion possibilities
Great rewards for hard work
Cons
no base pay
no paid training
have to pay all your expenses to be successful
not a job to start with unless you have money to begin with
Advice to Senior Management
Offer Paid Training
Offer guarantee pay for the first 6 months and then maybe 100% commission begins after a period of time
