Vto, pto, sick time, flex time.

Cons

Lack of recognition or employee development. Very limited growth opportunities given that organization centers on proving outsource services.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management tends to view their most valuable asset as disposable while the company spends significant amounts of money rehiring and retraining new people. Management does not realize that investing in their employees can contribute to the company's bottom line.

    I have been working at Afni full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    The training is good, the people are nice, they work with your schedule and are flexible as long as you play by their rules.

    Cons

    The pay starts out at 9 per hour. It is hard to move up even when you have a lot more experience than everyone else. Hours are horrible if you have a family life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Managers need to care more about their employees rather than the numbers if you have a happy team then the numbers will fall into place.
