    Pros

This place is amazing to work for. The environment pushes people to work hard and be challenged without creating an ugly hostile workplace. Almost everybody gets along and I actually like coming to work. The benefits are decent as far as what's covered and the variety of options, but they're expensive. Great location in downtown financial district.

    Cons

Sometimes people are a little too laid back and that has lead to things moving more slowly than they should. That feels like it's improved a lot in recent years and a lot of major developments have come down the pike, but a lot more are needed to become a dominant player in this space. Company is slow to hire and slow to make big investments in itself.

    Advice to Management

Keep up what you're doing, but do more of it and do it faster! More decisiveness is key.
