“You can do worse; you can do better...”
Former Employee – worked at Agfa Healthcare
Pros – Great products with great pedigree. The products WORK.
There are some very talented people there.
Well respected in the industry.
Cons – Constant reorganizations.
Frequent layoffs.
Difficult to determine a company direction.
A lot of egos and politics.
Advice to Senior Management – Get your act together.
Improve morale.
Listen to the advice and learnings of employees on the front lines.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
