I have been working at Aggressor LLC
Pros – Total meritocracy--no political BS. If you can do your job, you will be fine. Challenging work with a cutting edge product. Feedback is instant--no waiting a year for a performance review.
Cons – Some project managers are thrown into projects with no experience managing projects which makes for difficult times. At times the workload can get in the way of your work/life balance. Firm has been sold to Deloitte; that's not necessarily a negative thing but I do hope the pros of the organization are preserved.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more open with employees about major developments in the company.
