Agile – “Company that was run to sell off”

Pros

Small company with talented development team and Reasonably good mid-level management. It is located in good location - south san jose and commute was good.

Cons

No visibility into sales for extended periods of time. Company maintained stead pace, but have been able to make good profits as there no vision or strategy selling. I did not feel that strategy & space were taken advantage of.
