Former Employee – worked at Agilent Technologies full-time

Pros – There are lots of opportunities for employees to expand their skill sets, and this is encouraged by the managers. Very large product families, R&D is always working on cutting edge work and the company is constantly snatching up new technologies via acquisitions.

Cons – Salaries are lower than others in similar industries, and choice of health plans could be better. Great entry level platform, but to advance in the company is difficult due to low turnaround or just lack of positions available.
