I have been working at Aidells

    Pros

Demonstrating for the company is much better than going though a contractor. The company provides you with all the supplies. You are very independent and treated respectfully by the company.

    Cons

If you need a lot of direction, you won't get it. You are left to do the job on your own.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You will keep part timers longer if you look for a way to offer health benefits, even if there is a cut in pay or the employee has to pay most of the cost.
