    Pros

Opportunities to learn other accounts and job duties are there.

    Cons

Saying said laughingly but true for operational positions - to get a decent raise you have to leave and then come back at a later date.

    Advice to Management

Don't restructure for the sake of restructuring. Listen to what works already from the people in day to day operations.
You need to offer some kind of training to improve employee training and advancement possibilities for the entry and mid level operational employees, not just for the top third of salaried personnel or the sales staff.

    Pros

There is a solid core of employees who have a great passion for their company and products.

    Cons

Top management changes often and with each change new directions. It does appear the company (at least the IT piece) is flapping around in the wind, with a solid plan for the near and far future.

    Advice to Management

Look to your people and listen to their input. There are contractors who contribute greatly and are of course largely ignored.
