I have been working at Aimia full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Market leader; Lot's of ideas, constantly looking to progress and innovate, big pipeline of work across a range of different technologies, bright people, a generally helpful and supportive environment, good extra curricular thinking (social committee, day per year charitable work, sports teams, breakout areas), amazing location (The Strand, London). There is a real sense that people are hired into a position and expected to bring their expertise to it - a definite indicator of trusting their employees.

Cons

Struggling a little with growth and how to manage that; up until recently responses have been very tactical but the shift to a more strategic approach is already paying dividends.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to focus on the strategic; how will the company cope with it's continued expansion in all departments? how do we maintain a sense of community as we shed the start up/small company/medium company ways and move towards big company thinking?

    I worked at Aimia full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Fun place to work, employee requests are met.

    Cons

    For employees with family, it's a bit hard to take leaves(limited). You also must work on Malaysian Public Holidays if you work with the Australian team.
