The travel benefits are the best part of working for Air Canada.

Cons

Employees and Customer are not treated with sufficient respect. Also, the pay at Air Canada typically does not improve or it goes down because they always are making cuts. I guess it is to avoid layoffs, but that is the challenge of the industry - there are short periods of minimal profitability, and then long sustained period of losses.

Act with Integrity - take action on poor performers, develop your top and average employees, and be generous in reward and recognition.
