Inability of management to consider the customer's needs.
Inefficient, top-heavy company.
Reacts to every blip with cutbacks.
Advice to Senior Management
Spend some money to woo customers back, with more ammenities and a more positve and caring philosophy. We are currently a mediocre/lousy airline and do nothing special for our passengers.It would be wise to treat them with more care...and obviously your employees too.
