Former Employee – worked at Air Cargo Carriers

Pros – The only thing I can say good about ACC is that it is a decent place to build flight time.

Cons – Pilots are treated badly. Forced to violate FAR's routinely. Give you major grief if you ask for time off that you have earned. Don't question management at all if you want to stay there!

Advice to Senior Management – Quit treating your employees like they are complete idiots. Every pilot there is at least a commercial, multi-engine, instrument rated pilot fully capable of knowing when it is safe to fly and when it is not. Let the people do the job they were hired to do and just because UPS complains about something, doesn't mean they are right and we are wrong!
