“Good growing company”
I worked at Air Evac Lifeteam
Pros – Company has been run like an extended family. Recently with the company being purchased by larger distant companies, this has changed some. Lots of growth, but some of that can be limited if you aren't from the medical community.
Cons – Some departments get away with some questionable practices.
Advice to Senior Management – Great company, but you need to keep a handle on all of the different departments, not just the ones you are familiar with due to your background.
