“Great global company!”
Current Employee – been working at Air Liquide full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great global company with several business units that provide opportunity for lateral moves and advancement. A growing and transforming HR group that did not exist in the past is adding more and more opportunity and perks for employees.
Cons – Work-life balance could be improved.
Advice to Senior Management – The company needs to become branded. How can a company recruit top talent when many people have never heard of the company?
