I worked at AirG Wireless full-time

Pros

Fitness subsidy.
Breakfast provided (cereal, bagels, coffee).
Casual dress code.

Cons

Poor salary, especially if you are just starting out.
Product direction is unclear, and only focused on the present, not the future.
Questionable business practices.
Pointless make-work projects that exist only to either help get a "favourite" employee promoted, or to get rid of someone.
Software products utilize technologies and a programming language that is hardly used elsewhere in the local IT industry. Not the best way for new grads to develop industry experience and grow their resumes.
Career opportunities exist only if you are close friends with management, and are in the "right" in-crowd. Boundaries between personal and business lives are non-existent.
In-fighting, gossiping, narcissism, egos and generally rude behaviour are rampant, encouraged and rewarded. Managers are only too happy to look the other way.
