Ok pay
Chances for overtime
Close knit colleagues

Horrible bosses
Will push their work load on you
Forced overtime if they need you
Limited off days
Hierarchy and extreme bureaucracy

Get better front line managers. They are lazy and rude.

    Company appreciates hard work, determination, and attention to detail.

    Cons

    Very unpredictable future and job security.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay closer attention to market trends and customer needs. A lot of frequent travelers were often happy with your services, but would sometimes travel with other means if more cost effective. Also, revision of off peak revenue periods in the year and action towards those could have resulted in a most efficient operation, and could have been a better revenue generating stations.

    Pros

    I love the people that I work with. They are definitely flexible with scheduling.

    Cons

    Sometimes favoritism is too obvious.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respecting the people that work for you. Some leaders forget it was not very long ago when they were in our shoes performing work to the best of their ability and sometimes lacking some support needed.
