    Pros

Working at the airport i guess...
Learn to adjust to the heat/cold
    Easy to get hired
They tell you straight up what the job entails

    Cons

Smell like jet fuel majority of the week.
    - IT WILL STAIN AND SEEP THROUGH YOUR CLOTHES!!!!
    - Not exactly pleasant when the odor lingers in your car or even on the bus filled with people.
    - The staff doesn't really help you if you end up getting showered in it (which can happen often)

Pay could be better for this type of job
    - Start at 7.45/hr and eventually goes up a dollar every couple of months
    - Company loses money every time a flight is even a minute late due to an error by us
    - They take any missing equipment out of your paycheck
    - Not a career choice unless you plan on working in HR

    Leads don't respect you
    - They treat you like you are below them, even though they make about 2 dollars more than you
    - Not all of them are helpful especially when you are new

    Equipment could be better
    - Does not handle the cold well, bring extra layers
    - Ear plugs don't last long
    - Handheld sometimes malfunctions during flight, which can get you into trouble

Anything can go wrong at any time.
    - Ranges from small (dropping ear plug in fuel pit) to severe (gas leak/fire/explosion, major delay, injury)

    Advice to Management

    Hire more professional workers
Work a better deal with the airlines

    Pros

The process to get this job was short and easy. They had a job fair at the Hilton hotel in queens New York. I applied online first than in person. Right after I had a interview with a recruiter. It was easy and straight forward. I answered all of his question. The pay is $10.10. After 90 days it goes up. There's a lot of rules and regulations when it comes with working with them.

    Cons

It took forever to get our first pay check. Training was shorten because they wanted us on the floor in the airport working. They didn't discuss everything in detail to us.

    Advice to Management

They should be honest and tell their new hires what's going on with the company. They treat us like kids and not adults.
