NOT GOOD!!

I have been working at Airgas full-time for more than 3 years

ProsGood pay and benfits. not a whole lot more to add here

ConsNever know when you are working. production manager cant seem to make schedule out a week in advance, you get moved around on differnt shifts with out much notice. if you are not one of the production managers friends you get treated like crap...Equipment needs repair and no one seems to be fixing anything

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Pros: pay is decent and benefits are good Cons: work is boring and tedious, not enough to do. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
