I worked at Airports Authority of India as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

it was a nice experience to learn about all the communication which i could just find in books only and i could see the modulation actually in the air.

    Cons

the number of females working with AAI are very less and the training was not to the flight level i.e. more technical details should have been provided in the cockpit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

the training i received should be carried on in the same manner, with the same spirit.
