Current Employee – been working at Airports Council International

Pros – Extremely competent Director General and senior management team. Very strong culture of trust within the organization and due to its relatively small size you are able to get your hands into many interesting and diverse international projects. Good internationally diverse team to work with in ACI. The HR department is very focused on its people and works hard at positive motivation and on-going professional development.

It’s the type of place you wake up in the morning and just can’t wait to get to the office.

Cons – If you come from a large company or airport there is some adjustment to make as ACI-World is small, but either than that there really is nothing that is negative.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you do!
