Pros

Very solid technology, intelligent and hard-working employees, interesting customers and projects, commitment to making customers successful, limited tolerance for poor performers.

Cons

The company is run very lean - which is positive in one sense, but also leads to an overworked work force. Weak on respecting people's outside lives, and expectation is that people will be available at all hours if needed.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

As the economy begins to improve and employees have other options, it will be important to address work/life balance issues much better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More communication to staff, more visiblity into decision making. More career path - more opportunities, less politics. Bring back bagel day.
