ProsPays well, benefits and all if full time. Easy job if one isn't lazy.

ConsManagement isn't interested in their employees, only in sales and money. I had to come into work with a stomach virus, chucking up and all. My boss didn't give me a choice.

They expect more from you, more than you can give and expect you to deliver and gain nothing in return, not even a thank you.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees and stop treating us like cattle.
