Current Employee – been working at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium full-time for more than a year

Pros – Able to deal first hand with plannning and implementation challenges for rural Alaska construction.

Cons – Non profit , Do not expect much of a bonus program.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work.
