Former Employee – worked at Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Pros – It can be a stimualting atmosphere to work in with people dedciatied to helping others. Job benefits were good and a real plus. Staff was available to answer quesitons and be helpful,

Cons – There is no room for advancement. Management was distant and there was little work recognition. Salary was relatively low as compared to other institutions.

Advice to Senior Management – Leadership needs to be more hands-on rather than distant.
