Current Employee – been working at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network full-time for less than a year

Pros – Good learning opportunities. Decent employee benefits, relatively competitive salary.

Cons – Have to be careful of how NPs ans PAs are utilized, vary greatly through specialty. Must be a strong self-advocate. High hour expectation.

Advice to Senior Management – More discussion about overall department goals, succession planning.
Need to have more visible, vocal, and engaged NP/PA advocate.
