I have been working at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good Work and life balance with Alcatel Lucent.
Cons – Technical & Management roles are not defined separately.
Technical Specialist doing job of project manager and not working as a technical expert.
Advice to Senior Management – HR/ Team Welfare activtites should be increased.
