I worked at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than a year

Pros – Best Employee Policies, Highly paid, satisfaction in every department. Whatever the situation is every one is enough capable to handle all the terms.

Cons – Sitting at customer end is the highest bad point with ALUMS as whenever you are going to share customer space they can make use according to their demand

Advice to Senior Management – Try to compensate employees within your premises and do something with the global market and dont let your equipment fall against cheap vendors. We are the best.
