“Going downhill”
Current Employee – been working at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – You still can find some brilliant minds inside ALU.
Cons – Company is not able to identify and keep the best experts among units.
Advice to Senior Management – R&D should be the key.. and not the right place for cost saving
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
