Advice to Senior Management – Restructure at the top - consider upper management rotation, pay attention to overall portfolio- minimize, more focus to strategic strategy, secure new talent, pay more attention to assets. Bell Labs-need more direction, focus/synergy with PMO and applied research. Scrutinize basic research efforts with more focus on capitalization.
