Alcoa is a "good'ol boy" business. Women are not found to advance in the Operations and Engineering fields -- only men. Women are pigeon-holed to the financial, quality and training environments.

Wake up and see what the global competition is doing. You your best resources and think about the people that have been leading the way without getting recognition. There is great wealth in the people that continuously goes unrecognized and tapped.
