I have been working at Alcon

    Pros

Some very talented people and interesting/challenging projects. The salaries and benefits are competetive. Beautiful campus.

    Cons

Some unethical and incompetent upper to mid-management that is very good at covering up and will probably never be forced out for the sake of progress since they are dug in at this point.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bust up the upper to mid-management cronyism and bring some transparency into the picture so that you can see what is really going on behind the scenes. Most of us won't face the wrath of our supervisors in order to expose things that you wouldn't be happy about. Management-level needs to address bad-management issues.
